Proof of payment

Once you have made payment of a bill via Orange Money, you receive a message to indicate the nature of the transaction. In this message, a transaction number with the form « BPJJMMAA… » is displayed and serves as an electronic receipt. Do not hesitate to use this number for all claims to the biller.

How to get a paper receipt in addition to the electronic receipt?

Note the number that appears in the confirmation SMS on your paper bill or if you wish, use or print your notification SMS for your bills service. You shall receive a printable file or pdf format.
 
Deadline for consideration

The payment of bills is taken into consideration by the biller 48 hours after the operation.
These deadlines are considered by all billers. In the event of an objection, your payment is approved upon presentation of the transaction number (included in the confirmation SMS).

How does it work?

Preconditions

Get all necessary information to pay your bill from your mobile phone. This information is available on your bills :

 

  • Orange: contract number (1) and bill number
  • AES SONEL: contract number (2) and bill number
  • ACTIVA: customer’s policy number with Activa and bill number (3)

(1)    Starts with 1
(2)    Starts with 20
(3)    Bill number is of the following format « insurancepolicynumberyearmonth » (XXXXXX14XX)

Payment procedures:

Dial #150*3#, choose the bill type and follow the instructions.

Once you have chosen the bill type, three options will be made available to you:

1.    Pay/check with a registered account
2.    Pay/check with the bill number
3.    Register your account number

option1: the requirement is to have registered your account. In order to register the account that you have with the biller, choose option 3 and follow the instructions.

By choosing to pay/check a registered account, all current bills will be displayed automatically. Select the bill you wish to pay or check. Henceforth, you will no longer need the contract number or the bill number.

option2: for this option, you need to have the contract and bill number, and follow the instructions.
