Orange Money has decided to thank its customers for their unconditional loyalty. The Orange Money Loyalty Programme is a points-based programme that enables our loyal customers to accumulate points according to their level of loyalty and use of our services, and to be eligible for a monthly prize of up to 10,000F, as well as other super prizes.

There's 500 Million F to share throughout the year 2025 with the Orange Money Loyalty Programme.  
Each customer who reaches his or her targets can win up to 10,000 CFA francs each month, and be eligible for great prizes like: trips, tricycles, motorbikes, household appliances and up to 1 million CFA francs via OM and much more.
 

To benefit, regardless of your network, all you have to do is subscribe to the Programme on #150# or via the Max it application, discover the objectives to achieve, make your Orange Money transactions and you have every chance of winning.

Beneficiaries of the monthly prizes are those who have reached their targets according to their level of loyalty.  They receive their prizes automatically.
Super prize winners are selected by draw.  

All customers after opening an Orange Money account, regardless of their network (operators).

Each customer can win up to 10,000 CFA francs per month automatically if they reach their targets according to their level, and can also be eligible for a super prize. 
However, each customer is only entitled to one super prize. 

The following transactions are eligible for the promo: Money transfers | Bill payments | Merchant payments | OM ASSO payments.

Directly into their Orange Money account for monthly prizes of up to 10,000 francs/month. 
Or during official public prize-giving ceremonies with authorisation to use the winner's image for super prizes.

Beneficiaries can only be contacted by one of the following official numbers: 690 009 500 | 690 009 200 | 690 009 000. 
They are then invited to go an Orange agency to sign the image rights transfer document.
NB: in case of no response after two calls, or in the event of refusal to sign the image rights transfer documents, Orange Money reserves the right to withdraw the prizes.
 

The transfer of image rights is a document which stipulates that any beneficiary of an Orange Money prize in the course of this Loyalty Programme has to expressly grant rights to his or her image, which may be used on our social media pages and on television to promote the Loyalty Programme.

The Loyalty Programme will last throughout 2025.
